The Jardines de Aranjuez are beautiful historical gardens located in the city of Aranjuez, in the Community of Madrid, Spain and have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in recognition of their historical and artistic value in 2001.

The Jardines de Aranjuez are associated with the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, which was built in the 16th century. The gardens were designed in the Renaissance and Baroque styles, and are considered one of the foremost examples of landscape gardening of the time.

The gardens extend over a wide area and are crossed by the Tagus River. They have a wide variety of elements and spaces, such as extensive lawns, groves, fountains, statues and flower beds. There are also several ponds and canals, including the famous Pond of the Chinescos, which is decorated with Chinese-style ceramics.
